Jennifer Johnson, also known as “JJ Dancer,” is a multi-talented fitness trainer, professional dancer and choreographer.

She uses her choreography to create cardio dance workouts that serious workouts.

Johnson’s first celebrity client was Jenna Dewan, but she also trains Jessica Alba.

“JJ Dancer” once said, “When people see an in-shape celebrity, someone who has fitness as a priority, it is a great representation of the trainer.”

Erin Oprea

This fitness guru trains all of your favorite country music stars.

Before becoming a fitness guru, Oprea enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps at 20 years old, serving for nine years with two tours in Iraq.

While in the Marine Corps, she realized the importance of nutrition and fitness. When Oprea returned home, she became a fitness trainer, nutritionist, and created the 4X4 Diet.

Some of Oprea’s celebrity clients include: Carrie Underwood, Martina McBride, and Kelsea Ballerini.

Melissa Alcantara

You may know this celebrity trainer by her nickname “Fitgurlmel,” or her book entitled Fit Gurl.

Before becoming a celebrity fitness trainer, Alcantara was unfit and decided to make a change that would impact her life forever. She began learning different workouts and became a bodybuilder.

In 2017, Alcantara’s first celebrity client saw her Instagram profile and asked Alcantara to become her trainer. She was Kim Kardashian West.

In 2008, she filled in for a spin instructor that didn’t show up and fell in love with it. Today, she is a spin instructor at the Cycle House.

Hines is the Chief Ride Officer at the Clyde House and she has trained many celebrities, including Nicole Kidman, Jessica Alba, Jamie Chung and Shay Mitchell.

Simone De La Rue

Simone De La Rue is a former dancer turned Hollywood fitness guru.

As the founder of Body By Simone fitness dance studios, she offers many different classes that incorporate dance cardio, resistance, and toning exercises.

She believes a dance-based workout is extremely effective. “All movement begins at the core and the limbs move outside of that. The entire body is always in motion.”

Some clients include Taylor Swift, Jennifer Aniston and Chrissy Teigen.

Tracy Anderson

Gwyneth Paltrow’s trainer, Tracy Anderson, is her pint-sized miracle.

Anderson is a former dancer turned fitness guru. She was inspired to create the “Tracy Anderson Method” after her former husband, Eric Anderson, suffered a sports injury.

She studies different workout methods and built a foundation in Pilates and uses her dancing skills to create dance-based workouts.

Anderson’s other celebrity clients include Jennifer Lopez, and Victoria Beckham.

Sarah Perla Hagaman

Before this fitness guru became a trainer, she worked for Power Plate.

After model, Cindy Crawford, bought a Power Plate and was unsure how to use it, Hagaman was sent to train her.

From that moment on, the two built a strong relationship. Hagaman became Crawford’s trainer and created her own business, Blue Clay Fitness, which focuses on high-end training.

She also trains Kelly and Sharon Osbourne.
